An aftershock apparently can be larger than the original earthquake. Just now we had a 3.9 about half a mile closer than the one earlier this evening. Here's the USGS 411.

I'm feeling slightly less excited about our upcoming visit...
Would a trip to the San Diego Zoo make up for the possibility of earthquakes?
I think that koalas can compensate for just about anything :)
I'm so ready for a vacation. I'm looking forward to watching movies and eating yummy treats.
